Job description
Twin City Hardware is currently looking for a New Construction Sales Project Manager to grow our Albuquerque branch. The Door and Hardware Industry is a competitive environment where accuracy, attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and efficiency play a major role in TCH's ability to successfully manage projects.

Meet with new and existing clients to determine products and service required by our client
Estimate job cost and provide written quotes
Ensure great service by interacting with customers, manufacturers, architects and co-workers
Research and problem solve unique customer issues and needs
Perform quantity take-offs
Gain industry and product experience
Ensure projects stay on schedule-Create detailed shop drawings for projects awarded to TCH
Analyze plans and specifications to ensure products fit the applications
Evaluate projects and product mix to find cost savings and increase margins
Receive industry specific training to help you become a knowledgeable door and hardware industry professional
Desired Skills and Experience
Inside/Outside sales experience (Sales experience to commercial general contractors a plus)
Construction project management experience required and project management with a commercial sub-contractor a plus
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications required
Door and Hardware or related preferred, but not required
Self-motivated individual who can manage their time effectively in a fast paced environment
Detail-oriented individual that is able to juggle multiple projects and strict deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with great interpersonal skills
Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and comprehension
Excellent customer service skills required
Proficient with basic computer software: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., as well as the ability to learn new software platforms
Familiarity with projects including education, hospitality, health care and tenant improvement work will help you succeed in this position
Clean Motor Vehicle Record and reliable transportation to travel to and from customers, etc.
