Production Planning Coordinator Job Opening in Monroe, North carolina - Inventory
Reports to: Controller
Work with accounting management to develop scheduling system.
Open/close production work orders
Process all transfer orders between manufacturing plants
Maintain reports and benchmarks by manufacturing line
Maintain operating metrics for each manufacturing line
Work with plant manager to determine optimal scheduling configuration
Post daily production transactions into ERP system for two manufacturing locations
Coordinate weekly reconciliation between inventory status reports and ERP system
Research variances with operations to resolve discrepancies
Perform month end close out of inventory.
Issue invoices daily and send out electronic and paper copies as required.
Oversee quarterly cycle count processes
Post inventory adjustments as necessary
Post and save documents into virtual warehouse, ?Docuware?.
Reconcile inventory subsidiary ledger to general ledger
Post cash receipts into ERP system as needed
Respond to any request from customers regarding invoice copies
