Job Summary: The Operations Analyst supports management in various operational duties including customer service, human resource, and basic accounting tasks for a small nonprofit organization. The Analyst will be a core contact with all team members and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. This position is ideal for a young professional who?s willing to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a great sense of humor.
Responsibilities:
Helps set annual goals for the organization by keeping management informed through analysis of various reports
Manages communications with organization supporters
Develops and maintains organizational procedures and systems including basic book keeping and accounting tasks
Maintains office staff by supporting recruiting, orienting, and training employees
Supports financial goals through aiding with annual budget and cash flows
Supports the Development and Marketing Directors in various fundraising initiatives
Provides support to team members by accomplishing related tasks and aiding with schedules as needed
Manages communications with services providers and orders supplies as needed
Qualifications :
Desire to work with people and further our mission to end modern slavery
Strong ability to set priorities, organize, and manage details
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new programs and/or tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products
Bachelor?s degree required
Second language a plus
