Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Opening in Warwick, Rhode island - Transfer to general ledger
Reconcile and balance all accounts
Draw up financial statements (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet)
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare checks for vendor accounts
Prepare and process payroll which is sent to an outside payroll company
Required skills: We are looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper who is familiar with general accounting principles and general office administration duties. The ideal candidate must possess good organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and must pay careful attention to detail.
Required experience: We require a minimum of five years of bookkeeping experience.
References required.
