AA Windows 'N' Doors is a 2-time " BBB Integrity Award " Winning Home Improvement Company. We are part of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce as well which is very important to us. We believe in being a part of the community and serving our community to the best of our AA Windows 'N' Doors , the opportunity for sales is endless. We offer multiple services including: windows, doors, siding, roofing, gutters, decks, patio covers and screen enclosures.

All local leads
Leads are provided through many different avenues. We take part in Home Shows throughout the year. We pay hourly during events.
We also encourage you to find some of your own leads through networking groups, referrals, etc.
Word of Mouth is huge for us! When the job is done right, we all win!
We do a little bit of radio as well! We believe in branding our good name so the community remembers AA Windows 'N' Doors, all the time!
What we look for in a good candidate:
Sales background preferred (Will train)
Enthusiastic
Self starter
Pricing and estimating are a part of this job so basic mathematic skills are required
Customer Service oriented (required)
Be ethical and have integrity
Ability to follow up with customers
