Function Sales Manager Job Opening in Candia, New hampshire - Looking to become part of a high energy, fun and engaging team of professionals? An established Manchester area facility is looking to fill the full time position of ?Function Sales Manager?. The Function Sales Manager is a key player in our organization and has the ability to have a significant impact on our business.
Requirements for consideration are as follows:
Motivated individual looking for a base salary with significant commission potential
Experience in wedding and function sales
Experience in planning, organizing and executing weddings and functions
Experience recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling wait staff and bartenders
Experience in the food & beverage industry to include budgeting, ordering and maintaining inventory controls of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Compensation package to include:
Base salary of $20,000-$40,000 based on experience
Commissions on all sales and execution of weddings & functions
Benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, short & long-term disability
Vacation in accordance with Company policy
Filling this position is a great opportunity to join a strong team with a focus on sales and profitability of events. You will have the ability to control your own destiny by working with the team to price, staff and execute wedding receptions and other social events. This position is year-round with a seasonal ?busy? period and a slower period in the off-season when the focus is on building next year?s pipeline of sales. Nights and weekends are required.
