Healthcare Regulatory/Transactional Associate - Nashville Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - Healthcare Associate:
A large Kansas City law firm is currently seeking a mid to senior level healthcare associate to join their national healthcare practice in Nashville. Minimum qualifications include three to six (3-6) years of experience in healthcare. Experience in healthcare regulatory compliance as well as defending clients in healthcare fraud investigations (namely under the False Claims Act) before both the Department of Justice and OIG is preferred. Candidates should be motivated, self-starters with demonstrated interests and experience with regulatory fraud and abuse laws involving Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and the anti-kickback statute. The firm is particularly interested in those candidates who have the ambition, drive and team-orientation to help grow our national practice in healthcare with a focus on healthcare providers and suppliers. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication and problem-solving skills. Relocation support is available for highly qualified candidates.
Requirements of the Attorney
At least 3 YEARS of experience
Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
Admission to Tennessee bar
Ability to interface directly with clients
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Preferred/Required experience :
