Monsignor Bojnowski Manor, a 60 bed skilled not-for-profit nursing facility is recruiting an experienced manager to join its dedicated team. The Manor has been serving the community of New Britain for the past 40 years. Sponsored by the Daughters of Mary of the Immaculate Conception our mission is to provide quality medical care, treating each person with dignity and respect, in a caring and compassionate manner.
We are searching for an experienced leader with exceptional clinical skills, who will mentor and engage staff, always ensuring the highest level of care and service are being provided to our residents.
Qualified candidates will be a Licensed RN with LTC healthcare management experience, of nursing professional practice, acute/LTC systems, and patient care management and knowledge of state and Federal Regulations a plus.
