Job Overview:
National Sales Manager-North America.
You will be responsible for developing Franz Viegener?s luxury brand message through relationships with dealers, architects, designers and developers.
This is a senior level sales position whereas the candidate can foster existing relationships while developing new ones and consistently growing the business to meet our sales objectives.
We are looking for someone who can multitask and handle many different topics at the same time. Organizational skills will be a key attribute. We believe the current customer base and the secondary market have been underserved which creates a big upside for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Call on our established authorized dealer network of decorative plumbing and hardware showrooms ? from showroom sales staff, to purchasing agents, to showroom managers & owners
- Pull through sales calls on , custom homebuilders and other trade professionals assisting in the specification and budgeting process for hotels, condos & large residential homes (40%-50% of time)
- Presenting our brand message and product details within North America
- Work with dealers on display planning, ordering and installing
- Provide product and brand training for dealers, architects & designers, utilizing PowerPoint and other forms of digital media
- Update merchandising material, maintain showroom display in top condition
- CEU/CES training presentations
- Prepare annual sales forecasts
- Adding & eliminating dealers based on sales performance and conditions in the market
- Overnight travels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree
- 5+ years of outside sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of increasing sales achievements throughout career
- High level of organizational skills
- Strong & networking skills
- Ability to present to large & small groups
- showroom experience is a plus
- Sales experience selling a luxury brand is a plus
- Computer skills utilizing MS Office
