Sales Representative - Truck Parts Job Opening in Tampa, Florida - Engineering company in the Transportation business is looking for a Sales Manager to handle all incoming calls and sales, providing technical support as needed to support diesel mechanics and truckers when buying their truck parts.
We are looking for a highly motivated person, fast learner, with experience in Sales and Customer Service, who can keep up with the busy traffic of calls and customer requests.
Requirements:
§ Must have some experience on diesel engines and parts
§ Must know how to do Computer diagnostics on diesel trucks or must be willing to learn
§ Must be bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
§ Must have experience in closing sales and providing customer support
§ Fast and accurate data entry and computer skills
§ Must have great phone attitude, good negotiation and communication skills
§ Learn quickly to describe our technical services and be able to answer customer questions
§ Enjoy registering customers and following up on customer accounts
§ Be able to organize customer files, payments and paperwork according to our system
§ Handle special circumstances for a positive customer service outcome
§ Exceptional organization skills
