Sales Administrator Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our growing team here in our Salt Lake City location. The Sales Administrator will have a key role in helping us to achieve our sales goals. As the Sales Administrator you will handle important administrative tasks, such as order processing, order tracking, data entry, and act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries. The Sales Administrator will help to provide and organize sales reports to measure key sales performance by product line and territory. Candidates should be goal-oriented and have a strong knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Job Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent

Hands on experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices.

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Clerical skills to provide and update sales and customer records

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

A team player with high level of dedication

Ability to work under strict deadlines

Provide quality customer service

Commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets, reporting any deviations.

Commitment to staying informed regarding new products and features.

The ability to communicate and relay information to sales from our Marketing and Product teams.
