Works in collaboration with other administrative and facility staff to ensure compliance with HIPAA rule and standards as applicable to patient medical records, patient care, and diagnostic testing to include but is not limited to patient medical charts and other protected health information (PHI).
Performing front office registration duties such as data entry of patient demographic information, consents, and HIPAA paperwork, verification of eligibility and receipt of payment as in the performance of various office duties such as filing, shredding, data entry as needed or required by in cooperation with other administrative and facility staff to ensure overall departmental compliance topics and matters directly and indirectly related to quality assurance; risk management and life safety as applied to patient care and employee or produces various reports that are required or requested by the Front Office Manager or Front Office Physician medical record quality assurance reviews that are required or requested by the Front Office Manager or Front Office Physician all test results and other portions of the patient chart are properly reconciled to the patient medical inventories of supplies and equipment to ensure proper working order and adequate par experience:
