What we do: Stadium Medical provides a multitude of services to local hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, private residences, local attractions, large and small venues and more! Our primary services include:
-Emergent and Non-Emergent Ambulance Transport
-Special Event Emergency Medical Service Standby. (We provide medical staff to large and small venues in Colorado.)
-Para-transit - (wheelchair and stretcher transportation)
As we continue to grow and evolve, so do our administrative needs. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an additional member for our administrative team. A dynamic thinker, who is looking for a fast paced, energetic environment as our Global Scheduler.
The ideal candidate will contribute by performing the following tasks:
Responsible for staffing and maintaining the all-inclusive schedule for Stadium Medical/LimoCare, tracking and allocation of equipment and personnel needed to operate all business units. To maintain excellent customer service and rapport with all employees of the organization.
JOB KNOWLEDGE/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Essential Functions, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Perform Functions of an administrative staff member including:
Ability to learn, understand and utilize the functions of scheduling software
Ability to build shifts in scheduling software and maintain a forever evolving schedule.
To assign appropriate staff and equipment for each operation.
Special Events
Inter-Facility Transport
LimoCare
Communications
Administration
Performs data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
Become familiar with employees, client contacts and locations of all venues and events.
Distributes and updates all schedule changes occurring as necessary.
General knowledge of EMS certifications and scope of certifications.
Ability to learn and understand the staffing and equipment requirement for each unique shift and resolves staffing and equipment issues for such.
Prepares correspondence requiring editing for grammar and professional wording.
Works on assignments that are complex in nature.
Creates and maintains routine reports and spreadsheets to provide requested info in a timely manner.
Ability to build and maintain dynamic rapport and working relationship with Stadium Medical/LimoCare staff.
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization in a positive and cooperative manner.
Demonstrates a can-do attitude toward customers and coworkers, while encouraging teamwork, open communication and exceptional customer service.
Demonstrates ethics and integrity by being truthful, honest and trustworthy.
Relationships
Communicates directly with crews, division managers, crew supervisors, and administration.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with the staff, customers and other agencies in a positive and cooperative manner. This includes:
Internal Contacts: Works closely with EMTs, Paramedics, Dispatchers, Drivers and Administration.
External Contacts:
Equipment Management
Critical thinking with the ability to improvise equipment without delaying the needs and requirements of contracted venues and clients.
Knowledge of all Stadium Medical/LimoCare equipment, where to obtain it and how it is maintained in each business unit.
SCOPE OF AUTHORITY:
Receives general supervision under the direction of the Director
Duties and tasks are complex in nature. Considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making decisions.
WORKING ACTIVITIES:
Physical effort above and beyond that required in a normal office environment is generally not required.
May at times assist at events with report writing or other administrative needs within the venues.
MINIMUM EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrate proficient skills in MS Office, ability to learn scheduling software. Candidate must demonstrate a history of exceptional customer service skills.
MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
Requires use of standard office equipment including personal computer, facsimile machine, copy machine and phones. Software utilized includes Word, Excel, Internet and Crew Scheduler.
