About the Opportunity:
We are looking for energetic, dynamic individuals to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining new clinical toxicology business using various forms of marketing and sales techniques. You will network with potential clients and promote Southwest Labs.
Essential Duties
- Promote Southwest Lab sales to include:
- Prospecting and market research
- Outbound sales (phone, email, in-person)
- Conduct sales meetings with prospective clients
- Conduct sales presentations
- Develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Attend weekly/monthly sales calls with manager
- Timely responses to all inquiries from all sources
- Pre-screening specimen collectors
- Responsible for required account setup paperwork
- Gather required hiring documents for specimen collectors
- Help establish collection protocol for organizations
- Handle customer service issues to include billing questions and test result questions.
- Supplies ordering and maintenance
- Complete weekly/monthly call sheet and expense report
- Train specimen collectors on SWL collection process
- Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance with specimen collectors
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Sales experience required ( b2b or related healthcare preffered )
Strong writing and verbal skills required
Proficiency Microsoft Office Word and Outlook required
Valid Driver?s License

This is a remote position. Since this is an outside sales position, travel is required.
