Marketer (Medical Practice) Job Opening in San Antonio, Texas - Looking to hire an organized, hard working marketer with a true desire to be successful and grow with the company. We have been open less than 12 months and we are rapidly expanding. We are looking for the next superstar member of our team. This role will be compensated depending on experience.
In this role you will have an opportunity to:
Work along side the physician executing marketing visits and community events
Build and maintain relationships with other healthcare providers, local businesses and corporate wellness directors
Work with marketing tools to develop, deploy, track campaigns, and measure success
Generate and organize data creating lists and reports
Weekly reporting on marketing activity, and referrals will be required
Background & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field preferred but will consider anyone with the proper drive and a proven track record
Prior marketing experience to physicians and established network is a huge plus
Knowledge and experience in merchandising consumer goods
Past roles that have demonstrated responsibilities in a fast paced environment requiring a high level of organization and tracking of information
Essential Skills:
Experience/exposure to marketing tools including Salesforce preferred or ability to pick up technology and master it
Microsoft Office 365; especially PPT, Excel, Word
Mailchimp and Social Media experience
Valid driver license and serviceable mode of transportation
Enjoy meeting and talking to new people
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, works well under stress
Energetic self-starter who works well independently and in a team setting
Understanding that results (not necessarily just effort) matter most.
