The right candidate would have the opportunity to train for this position, since we train people with lead medical or dental experience to manage our offices.
Responsibilities for the Dental / Medical Office Manager include:
Coordinate all aspects of dental patient care.
Hire, train, develop, schedule office staff (dental assistants and front desk staff) to provide excellent customer service and patient care.
Assure adherence to established policies and procedures and all regulatory requirements.
Meet or exceed monthly operational goals
Inventory management
Address patient relations and employee relations issues as they arise.
Assists with other dental or management duties as needed
Requirements for the Dental / Medical Office Manager include :
An enthusiastic, positive and professional demeanor
Focus on customer service and patient care
Experience in the healthcare field, preferably in a lead role, or experience in the dental field
Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality of work
