Direct Responsibility : Analytics Team Manager
Objective:
Ensure each building is receiving the right amount of product, the right day with the right assortment. The main goal is to maximize the building sales and minimize the shrink. They have to ensure the building is never out of product and be able to resolve in case it happens. Maintain communication with DM?s to ensure they have the right information.
Major Responsibilities
Consolidate the on-hand inventories reported from each building and input into system.
Define daily product shipment to each building.
Analyze the main data inputs like projected sales, actual sales and on hand inventories.
Take into account other important variables like allocation percentages by product type, production availability.
Generate the invoice of the shipment quantities in Flower Factory.
Generate the pull sheet for operations/facility
Be able to react to concerns of buildings not having the right amount of product. Arrange chase orders or temporarily adjust the delivery schedule.
Manage constant communication with District Managers to make sure they have the right information and to address any concerns.
Raise flags when the desired shipment cannot be fulfilled by the finished product available at the facility. It is critical let the rest of the supply chain know when this final order is not fulfilled.
Qualifications
Bachelors diploma or equivalent. Preferably Engineering or Business Majors
Excellent analytics skills.
Critical thinking skills.
Must be flexible in working hours. Available Saturday part time.
