Veterinary Customer Service Rep Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - We are currently accepting applications for the customer service representative position. In order to be considered, candidate must have extremely well-developed customer service skills coupled with excellent attendance and punctuality. The main function of this position is to honor the human-animal bond by taking exceptional care of our clientele. Job duties are not limited to: answering a multi-line phone system, animal handling, medical record keeping, cleaning up pet messes, displaying knowledge of vaccine protocols, animal illnesses and medical procedures, communicating preventative care recommendations, presenting estimates, counseling clients during euthanasia, message taking, cashiering, and scheduling. Prior experience in the veterinary field strongly preferred. The shift that we are looking to fill will require working all-day Saturdays and Sundays once initial training is complete.
Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
