Glazing Sales Associate Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - -Must have at least 3 years of Glass/Glazing experience.
-Must reside in the state of Colorado.
DUTIES
- Identify and quantify all cost factors
- Use computer software to prepare estimates and supporting documentation
- Provide detailed estimates, change orders and installation quotes
- Read blueprints and technical documents
- Work from architectural drawings, specifications and shop drawings
- Evaluate the profitability and viability of the product and service
- Maintain detailed and organized records of bid documents, correspondence and other specific
information
ESSENCIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years post college experience as a Estimator in the construction industry
- Ability to read, interpret and understand architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong geometry and mathematical skills, great with numbers
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
