Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and determined sales rep with experience in enterprise SaaS sales to sell our ?Digital Campus? platform into the U.S. college market.
An early and key member of the U.S sales effort, you will not only be selling the Ucroo platform, but will be heavily involved in the formation and refinement of our sales strategy, processes and collateral.
You should expect moderate travel in this role. Importantly, we have based our U.S. office in Denver, which makes travel easy because of its centrality, world-class airport and direct flights around the country.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background required
5+ years of enterprise technology sales or business development experience with a proven record of success
Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Technically minded, with an in-depth understanding of the technology and cloud computing market, and a passion for technology
Understand software product development and possess an intuition for what makes a great product
Comfortable working with a lack of defined structure & process, with a view to building and solidifying sales processes
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
A desire to succeed beyond measure and be on the ground floor and see the impact of your efforts
An entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in enterprise sales to colleges is a positive
Responsibilities
Conduct market & competitor analysis
Identify new potential clients through marketing and lead generation
Build strong networks that generate business opportunities
Book appointments and present at client meetings
Transform new business opportunities into contracts
Implement, negotiate and execute contracts
Prepare tenders and proposals
Understand and speak to trends around education and technology
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
Provide sales feedback to product team
Maintain a robust sales pipeline
Ensure customer satisfaction
