The opportunity only comes around a few times a year, we are currently hiring PM shifts (2:00pm-10:00pm) as well, you must be able to work either a Saturday or Sunday. Schedule changes are per business needs. Schedule requests can be made after 90 days of employment when an employee has good schedule adherence ratios.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting others on their path to credit success. You will be taking inbound calls and be tasked with motivating, educating and enrolling members for our credit repair services.
Qualifications:
Sales experience; Prefer at least 1 year of sales experience
High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
Computer and windows knowledge
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities
Demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals
Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales
Stable, relevant work history
