ML Gatewood is also the exclusive distributor for Lanex Paper Carrier Rope in the United States.
In order to facilitate our plans for growth, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Representative in the Southeast United States, located in Northern Georgia or Eastern Tennessee.
Working from your home-based office, you will be responsible for the promotion and sales of ML Gatewood?s suite of products throughout the territory, with a focus on new business development. Primary Responsibilities
With the sales manager develop a plan to achieve growth targets
Establish travel plans to ensure proper territory coverage
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, promoting Gatewood?s suite of products, providing technical assistance and trouble shooting
Provide feedback for product development to the appropriate team
Minimum 2 years of Pulp and Paper Industry sales experience
Relevant college or university diploma is required
Skills
Must have excellent communication skills required for cold calling and relationship development
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products
Experience using customer relationship management software is an asset
Effective planning skills, must be a self starter
Note: Frequent overnight travel throughout the territory will be required.
ML Gatewood provides a competitive base salary, commission structure, vehicle allowance and relevant expense reimbursement.
