United Private Car in Boston is currently looking for a Full charge bookkeeper to join our family.
The position is full time.
Our new Team member must possess the following skills:
Be a tremendous team player and great communicator!
Demonstrate great listening skills and the ability to follow directions.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex accounting problems.
Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrate strong Excel skills.
Be comfortable and proficient in working with bank statements, payroll, and merchant processing statements.
Extremely detail oriented.
Experience with payroll, including taxes, workers comp, etc.
Experience with basic human resource documentation, etc.
The ability to have fun!
Job Duties:
Include, but are not limited to:
Work with company CPA on asset management and all quarterly and annual tax statements.
General ledger accounting and data entry.
Bank and credit card reconciliation.
Accounts payable, receivables and invoice management.
Payroll processing.
Support management by supplying all support documentation as needed.
Support all other departments as needed.
Complete all other duties assigned by management.
Educational Requirements:
B.A. in accounting or Finance or 5 + years of practical experience.
Three years practical working experience
