As a part of our continued success, we are currently seeking entry level and experienced health care personnel or clinicians including social workers, medical assistants and counselors to join our team.
In this position, you will be responsible for setting-up highly technical equipment and providing hospital patient education and advice according to the patient?s needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Stock vehicle/ closet?s daily with necessary equipment, disposables, patient set up paperwork and marketing literature needed for that day.
Make rounds to contact all case managers each day at each facility assigned to them to let them know they are at the facility should case managers identify a patient discharge equipment need.
Communicate with center throughout the day on O2 discharges so that center can schedule SR to complete home set up of equipment.
Understand and communicate coverage criteria to case managers and patients as applicable.
Complete set up paperwork daily for all equipment delivered.
