Wellness Flu/Foot Clinic Nurse Job Opening in Keene, New hampshire - Wellness Flu/Foot Clinic Nurse
? Keeping our region healthy and strong through community health clinics, group exercise classes, Friendly Meals for Seniors, Meals on Wheels, and Workplace Wellness programs. ?
Under the direction of the Wellness Program Manager, the Wellness Flu Clinic Nurse provides immunizations, health education and health promotion services for individuals, businesses and public clinics. This is a variable hour/ per diem position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provides ?Nurse Is In? and/or Foot Care Clinics in office, community, home and facility settings.
Plans for and participates in educational programs and required meetings.
Regularly communicates with Wellness Program Manager regarding program issues and opportunities.
Fosters external and internal communication and cooperation.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a National League for Nursing approved program.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing recommended.
Three (3) years of satisfactory experience as a community health and wellness nurse.
A combination of education and experience that demonstrates the person has acquired the necessary competencies required for the position.
Possession of a current State of New Hampshire license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Maintain current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Valid State of New Hampshire driver?s license. Access to an automobile during working hours that meets the State of New Hampshire registration regulations and auto liability insurance.
