Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is rapidly expanding providing massages, facials, and waxing services 7 days a week. We are looking for an experienced Spa Associate at our Portsmouth, NH location. Hand & Stone is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Spa Sales Associate. This person will build and maintain client relationships by offering exceptional service and supporting the team to ensure a successful day.
Spa Sales Associate Responsibilities : Meet membership sales goals. Detailed knowledge of the menu of services. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and services options with clients. Execute the daily operational tasks, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management. Uphold store cleanliness standards. Scheduling appointments and balancing the daily schedule. Communicating the continually changing schedule and operational needs with teammates.
Spa Sales Associate Qualifications: -Capable of working flexible hours (evenings and weekends required). Special consideration given to candidates with prior retail, beauty / wellness or membership sales experience (Gym, Tanning, or Salon) or prior Spa experience such as Massage Envy, Elements or Massage Heights,Experience with Millenium software a plus. Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A fast learner, with a positive attitude, and remain calm in fast pace environment. Computer proficient (a knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems, a plus.) A strong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional organizational and prioritizing ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
