Kiosk Sales Manager Job Opening in Pleasanton, California - We are JuvaLips! A brand new revolutionary lip plumper!! We are excited to be bringing a kiosk into the Stoneridge mall in Pleasanton.
We are currently looking to hire a Kiosk Sales Manager and Sales Associates to sell our unique new products. This is a NEW BEAUTY BRAND and you can make up to $10k monthly.
Kiosk Sales Manager:
-Full-time
-Manager other Sales Associates and work schedules -Maintain a professional appearance at all times
-Positive, friendly, upbeat and experienced in sales -Able to work in a fun, fast paced environment -Ability to work flexible days and hours
-Ensure compliance is met for all company operations, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year Retail Management experience
-Proven leadership experience, ability to develop and motivate employees
-Able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
-Communicate well and effectively in a one on one setting and in a group
-Able to sell directly or by coaching and motivating employees to achieve personal and store
sales goals
Hourly pay/ plus commissions
