Part-time Weekend Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania - Position: Part-time Weekend Accounting Assistant
Reports to: CFO
Paul Miller Trucking, based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Part-time Weekend Accounting Assistant within the company. The prospective employee who fills this role will be responsible for completing work within the Accounting department related to scanning driver paperwork and other documents into the system, as well as assisting other Accounting department personnel with various duties and responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure driver paperwork information aligns with information provided in system.
Scan to update files, providing proper paperwork updates.
Formulate weekly list of missing paperwork to distribute within Accounting and Operations.
All other duties and projects as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1-3 years? experience in Accounting environment.
Experience with uploading documents into specific system preferred.
Experience with TMW preferred.
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet experience required.
Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a face paced work environment, with little to no supervision.
Problem solver and dynamic thinker.
High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
