Summary This position is dedicated to growing Nature Flooring Retailer Shops segment of the business. Increasing the pipeline of products sold and measured against sales our current Retail business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop strategic marketing and sales actions focused on driving revenue growth within the Retailer Shops.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase sales, improve the customer experience and influence perception and satisfaction with Nature Flooring.
Foster discussions with major customers around product offerings and product ideas
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience on the pipeline of flooring products sales.
- Deep understanding of flooring products like solid wood, engineered wood, laminated wood and plastic covering etc.
- Good customers resource, can drive revenue growth by a short term.
