Vice President of Operations (Senior) Job Opening in Fredericksburg, Virginia - Thriveworks, a fast-growing national brand of counseling practices (45+ locations), is looking for a Vice President of Operations to join our growing team at our headquarters in Lynchburg, VA.
Duties of this role include:
Manage growing teams designated to perform a wide range of healthcare-related duties including patient scheduling, medical billing, etc.
Overseeing the development of new clinical offices, including the supervision and mentorship of regional clinic developers
Budgeting and financial management
Develop training, and performance enhancement, programs and measure success outcomes
Leverage new technologies to enhance organizational performance
Make sound business operations decisions based on data / analytics
Support and reinforce company values and a positive company culture
Required Experience:
A successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of managing high performance teams, successful operations in a fast-growing company, and overseeing departments in a healthcare setting.
Compensation:
Compensation will depend on experience and performance. At least $100,000 salary, plus benefits including health and retirement.
