Executive Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Sterling, Virginia - Job Description:
Leading electrical contracting firm based in Sterling, VA seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations of a dynamic office and ever-growing client base. Individuals must be highly organized, dependable, a self-starter, and able to work successfully both as an individual and within a team. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must.
Responsibilities will fluctuate depending on the specific needs of the business and contracts won, but will provide a fast-paced environment for someone who wants to grow their career.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Interact with clients on a daily basis
Support executive team and fleet that is out in the field daily
Assist with writing and editing client reports and memos
Support the accounting team (accounts receivable and accounts payable) - Excel and Sage100
Manage marketing, including website maintenance
Administrative duties (manage project schedules, contract compliance, data collection, county licencing, fleet maintenance, and more)
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent professional communications skills required (written and verbal)
Must be well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Word, including formula usage and shortcuts
A minimum of 3-5 years supporting an office required
Associates degree or bachelors degree, a plus
