LeMans is the leading global provider of products and services in the exciting world of the powersports industry and we are seeking a proven technical leader Software Development Manager, who can inspire, lead and provide direction to a team of 10+ talented engineers.
Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience in managing software and website development and knowledge of managing software requirements are all qualities of a successful candidate.
You will participate and lead in the design and development of long-range planning for new products and you will provide decisive input for the conceptualization, development and management of various web application, and a variety of database driven business systems.
Your qualifications include:
5+ years hands-on web and software development experience, preferably in Java
3+ years experience with project management and team leadership
In depth knowledge of n-tier architecture, front-end technologies and database principles
Passionate understanding of UI interface and UX design & design principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
