Account Coordinator Job Opening in Owings Mills, Maryland - Job Summary: As Inside Sales liaison works collaboratively with designated Account Executives, to address the service needs of major customers. Provides service support to major accounts by ensuring customer issues receive immediate and accurate responses. This position requires a high sense of urgency and strong resolution and recovery. Manages special project work for major accounts, such as installation files/schedules and supply requests. Escalates issues as appropriate and delivers quality service and nurtures customer relationships.
Essential Functions:
Resolves complaints by investigating issues and composing responses; referring non-standard complaints and potential risks to leadership.
Process work by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents.
Works with major accounts on moves, scheduling new installs, monitoring billable online supplies and partners directly with the onsite Technician on problem resolution.
Elevates the customer experience through proactive attitude and positive demeanor
Completes deliverables for by analyzing and auditing documents and system data, research and resolving processing problems.
Completes projects by coordinating requirements; developing plans Abides by company standards.
Maintains quality service by monitoring standards; advising supervisor of potential problems.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree Preferred.
3-5 years of related experience in account management, customer service, Industry experience a plus
