Job Description and Responsibility:
Ensuring the team works efficiently and effectively
Sell wireless phones, service plans and accessories
Provide outstanding customer service
Strive to retain and gain new customers (personal and business)
Resolve customers? problems and complaints
Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process payments
Perform daily opening and closing procedures
Maintain store appearance
Ability to stand or walk for extended hours
Ability to provide any level of coverage if needed, including nights, weekends, and / or holidays
