Consultation Specialist - Law Firm Sales & Marketing Job Opening in Marietta, Georgia - Broel Law Group is a growing law firm based in Marietta, Georgia. We focus exclusively on helping people who have lost a loved one to make the experience they now must go through as positive as possible. Sometimes that means assisting with peaceful estate administration, while other times we engage in estate and trust litigation. We have a fun, work hard, play hard culture, and we are currently looking for a Relationship Specialist. The right person is positive, hardworking and detail oriented.
What does this position do?
The person in this position will will meet with potential new clients of the firm for an initial consultation, and develop and cultivate relationships with referral partners of the firm.
- Have initial consultations ? sales calls - with potential new clients of the firm and guide them to becoming clients of the firm through a facilitative and consultative sales process
- Follow up with potential new clients that do not hire the firm at the initial consultation.
- Initiate and cultivate positive, productive, and profitable relationships with referral partners
- Network, meet with, and visit potential referral partners of the Firm to keep the firm top of mind
- Develop and implement training presentations to educate referral partners
- Follow up with attendees after each event
- Make a warm transition from potential client to client for those who hire the firm by introducing them to the legal team that will work on their case, and following up after the client?s first strategy call with the legal team to make sure that all of the client?s concerns from the consultation were covered by the legal team at the strategy call.
Compensation & Benefits
Base with client service bonus and marketing incentive. Meeting expectations of first year compensation plan will earn you $65,000. We hope you blow past it.

Requirements
- Prior sales and marketing experience ? experience with sales and marketing in a hospice setting is a very strong plus
- Prior consultative sales experience with demonstrated ability to conduct successful consultative sales
- Demonstrated ability to network and build relationships in the medical community that result in referrals to the business
- Social worker - LCSW or LMSW - a plus
- Warm, friendly, compassionate, and personable
- Ability to make a connection with people and establish rapport quickly
- Very strong listening skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Ability to analyze a situation quickly and see solutions to reach a client?s objectives
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Prior legal experience or experience with probate or trust matters is not required. The firm will happily train and educate the right candidate that meets the other qualifications on everything necessary about this area of law.
