In our Licensed Sales Position, you will have the opportunity to work as a member of a fun and energetic team of professionals focused on providing insurance and financial products to help clients protect their homes, cars, lives, retirement incomes and more. Helping people is what we do and we have a great time doing it.
Duties will include:
· Meeting new people and building rapport
· Identifying opportunities and managing your pipeline
· Finding creative solutions for families that meet their needs
· Creating and presenting those solutions
· Closing the deal
Requirements:
· Strong self-motivator with a positive and energetic attitude
· Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills
· The ability to work independently in a face-paced environment
· Goal-oriented with a competitive approach to meeting goals
· Entrepreneurial mindset - manage your workload like your own small business
· A Property & Casualty license is required before you begin (This takes about 2-3 weeks and we can help!)
Required education:
· High school diploma
Preferred licenses or certifications:
· Property and Casualty License
· Life and Health Insurance
There is no cap on earnings for top sales producers! Make what you WANT to make! The average Allstate Licensed Sales Producers earn $40-$45k. Above average producers make $60k+.
Earnings are driven directly by results!
Supplemental benefits are offered along with vacation time & 6 paid holidays.
