Parts Sales Administrator Job Opening in Tiffin, Ohio - Palfleet Truck Equipment in Tiffin, Ohio is currently seeking applicants to fill a Parts Sales and Support Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Communicate with customers in person, over the phone or by email to determine needed parts using parts manuals and other resources
Provide quote support by conducting research on parts availability, quantity, pricing, lead times, shipping information, delivery, etc.
Research source for special non-stock parts
Assist in counter sales, creating invoices for payment transactions
Package and ship parts daily
Communicate with team members to streamline the order and delivery process with accuracy
Process Credit Card payments through Point of Sales
Perform any other duty or task as may be assigned by the Operations/Part Manager
Basic Qualifications
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Proficient Excel
Ability to multi task
Attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of internal and external customers
