MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides direct patient care as allowed by state and federal laws/practice acts;
Administers a plan of care for clients who have physical and/or functional impairments;
Maintains continuity of client care by communicating with other members of the health care team
Requirements: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of have been a practicing RN within the past year. Home Health experience preferred. Why Work For Our Company
