Sr. ETL Informatica Developer Job Opening in Minneapolis, Minnesota - Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key contributor to a team of IT professionals focused on Master Data Management technology, technical project delivery, day-to-day operational support, and communication of results to leadership
Provide expertise within the MDM environment using technologies such as Informatica Data Director, Informatica Data Quality, and Informatica Multi-Domain MDM
Strong understanding of MDM, BI, ETL, and data warehousing concepts
Partner with leadership to drive and apply continuous improvements to BSC?s data strategy
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with IT partners, and software vendors
Deliver MDM solutions in a regulated environment
Ensure MDM deliverables meet or exceed service-level expectations for quality, timeliness, performance and budget
Work collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals and resources across multiple stakeholders, project priorities, and organizational initiatives
Creates and maintains system & process documentation according to the IT methodology (design, test specifications, and other deliverables as necessary) for MDM development and administration
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field required
6+ years of experience required in administering, configuring, and developing solutions in Informatica MDM
6+ years of experience required in developing solutions in Informatica?s Data Quality, Data Director, and PowerCenter
Strong Linux/Unix background
Strong development experience in database systems such as Oracle, Hadoop, HANA, & SQL Server
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to lead initiatives and people toward common goals.
Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed, action-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal communication skills including oral, written, and listening skills
Experience working in a matrix environment and delivering projects and services via a combination of internal, contract, and outsourced resources
Experience in life science industry is highly beneficial
Proven understanding of software development and operations methodologies
Ability to travel a small percentage of time as needed
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $50.00 to $60.00 /hour
