POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance, technical and housekeeping needs of our beautiful community.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must have at least three years of HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing and floor maintenance experience
Knowledge of local building codes, ordinances and OSHA regulations (required)
Indoor and outdoor housekeeping and/or custodial experience
Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
Able to work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision
Excellent communication skills
Organized with attention to detail
