Cardiology Operations Manager Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - 6 month contract to hire
Project based role where you?ll be working with internal and external stakeholders to support products and services. It will include gathering and assessing data on business performance of the operating environment and producing recommendations to improve performance.
You will work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors and exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
The role will also involve participating in or leading client meetings and presentations, build and manage client relationships, and contribute to marketing activities, including proposals.
10+ years? experience in medical, business and/or management consulting
Ability to diagnose complex business issues and emerging market or regulatory issues. Proven success to meet business change, time and cost objectives.
Clinical, Technical or Business Degree or equivalent combination of supplemental training and experience in healthcare continuous quality improvement processes and project management
Prior experience overseeing cardiology departmental operations including quality control, patient safety and regulatory compliance
Experience implementing strategies and programs to deliver new technology and services to enhance levels of patient care
Must be able to travel 50% ? 75%
