Executive Assistant Job Opening in Sandusky, Ohio - We are a community health center located on the South Campus of Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, Ohio. We are looking for an extremely bright, competent, punctual Executive Assistant with experience supporting managers and executives in a high intensity, fast paced healthcare environment.
This is a project oriented position so the successful candidate must be willing to take on various projects and/or events as needed, and in addition to normal, daily duties.
Must be a fast learner with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize your time. Proficiency, focus and attention to detail is critical to being successful in this position. Must have a can do attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision and be extremely resourceful/able to problem solve under pressure. Outgoing personality with proper decorum and tact is a necessary attribute for this role as you will often be interacting with both internal and external customers.
This full-time position is Monday through Friday with no holidays. We offer competitive salary and benefits, including paid time off.
Must be highly proficient with computers, including experience with Microsoft suite: excel (intermediate to advance), word, powerpoint, publisher (a plus but not required), and outlook calendar scheduling. Proficiency and willingness to engage in social media a must, as this position will be a key contributor and administrator of our Webpage, Facebook, Twitter and SEO initiatives.
At least 3 years of experience in the previous 5 years required as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, with healthcare experience helpful. Minimum Associates degree preferred.
