Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Opening in Canton, Ohio - The Accounts Receivables Specialist will perform intermediate accounting duties related to the accounts receivable function. This role submits claims for payment through various managed care organizations including The Ohio Department of Medicaid, The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, CareSource, Buckeye and United Healthcare, while making sure cash flow is suitable for outgoing payments and all invoices are being collected on.
The Accounts Receivables Specialist will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or related field
Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills
Ability and discipline in handling confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Quickbooks Online, Excel, and/or ClearCare
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Submit claims through various online portals
Prepare and maintain various reports
Maintain an accurate weekly aging report
Communicate with case managers and customers to resolve outstanding issues
Receive payments in Quickbooks
