Patient Scheduling Coordinator (Part-Time) Job Opening in Dayton, Ohio - As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator , you will schedule our patients according to physician orders. You will also run reports to confirm quality measures and other requirements are met. You will work with both patients and our field clinicians to reschedule visits as needed.
Part-Time Hours:
After hours; 2 evenings throughout the week (Mon-Fri) and Sat & Sun 11a - 9pm
(total of 24 hours per week)
As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you will:
Assign new clients to clinicians
Responds promptly and courteously to all patients? inquiries or problems
Coordinates day-to-day schedules for field staff
Address missed, declines, unverified, and reassigned visits with field staff
Attends all mandatory in-office meetings
Qualifications:
Health Care Experience
Effective and clear oral and written communication skills.
Ability to learn new database system.
Ability to run reports and analyze data.
