Office Assistant- General Contractor Job Opening in los angeles, California - Office Assistant- General Contractor Office Assistant needed for medium size construction company. General office responsibilities such as file building: Subcontract files and Client files, Releases and Release packets, handle Preliminary requests, Distribute meeting minutes, Subcontract and Change-order followup, kits & job site posters, and various special projects as assigned. Other duties include answering the phone, distributing mail, ordering office supplies job and phone list management. Must be professional and prompt. $10- $12 hourly ( based on experience ) Room to grow within the company. 4 hours a day ( Mon. through Fri ) to start and hours may increase to 6-8 hours a day.
