Sales Coordinator Job Opening in Orlando, Florida - Outside Sales Support
Maintaining relationships with clients. ?
Maintain and increase sales numbers and relationships with concierge. ?
Conducting daily visits to concierges and responsible for paying commissions in a timely manner. ?
Schedule meetings with hotel staff, event planners, and new contacts in order to sell them our brand. ?
Develop and execute group sales plans to meet and exceed goals for booking and executing corporate and social meetings, receptions, local group, local area schools, fundraisers, birthday parties, convention business and partnerships. ?
Responsible for generating new business accounts through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, and written communication. ?
Attend site inspections. ?
Promote positive communication. ?
Generate event proposals, client presentations, and maintain Tripleseat Software Program.
Attend local networking events when appropriate.
Office sales support: ?
Generate reports on an as needed basis (daily activity report, concierge sales report). ?
Phone handling, responding to general inquiries, email requests, site visits, onsite event coordination, preparing proposals, BEO and internal event reporting, collecting deposits, payments, post event follow-up, calls, written communications, and PowerPoint presentations.
Assist in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Required language:
English. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
