Dispatcher Job Opening in New Orleans, Louisiana - A well-established and highly respected plumbing company is looking for a new dispatcher. This person will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and dispatching the service technicians throughout the Greater New Orleans Area. This person is an essential cog in this well-oiled machine! Candidates must have a thick skin and must be able to remain customer service oriented when things get hectic. Candidates also MUST be reliable. Tardiness and Absenteeism are not going to be tolerated as this person is the first point of contact for all customers and clients so they will be responsible for ensuring that things run smoothly. Along with dispatching, this position will be responsible a light amount of accounting, mostly looking up customer balances and processing credit card payments in QuickBooks.
