As a professional agent for Health & Life Associates, all of your sales will be throughout the Nation and over the phone. Over 95% of your prospects will be from inbound calls that have shown interest in health and/or life insurance.
Responsibilities:
Originate new prospects through inbound & outbound calls
Explain our products in simple and effective terms
Work closely with team leaders and managers to improve sales and help our clients find the best possible policies & riders
Walk clients through the application process
Maintain client relationships
Requirements:
Health and Life insurance license OR willing to obtain a license
High school degree required; college degree or some college is a plus
Ability to pass a criminal background check (NO FELONIES)
Basic computer literacy
At least 1 years sales experience
Willing to work Monday-Friday and 1 possible Saturday a month
Excellent communication skills with ability to listen and speak well
Professional appearance and work ethic
Superior customer service skills
Benefits:
Hourly wage plus commission and bonuses paid weekly
