RN/LPN Charge Nurse Job Opening in Brandon, South dakota - Bethany Home Brandon is looking for an experienced nurse to lead our team in providing exceptional resident care in our newly built(2012) nursing home facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching our CNA team members as well as overseeing Medication Aides. Our nursing team is empowered to assist the Director of Nursing in other areas of nursing such as staff management, quality improvement, and compliance.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our nursing community whose focus is to provide excellence in all that we do including: quality measures, resident satisfaction, staff recruitment, team training, and retention. Must possess solid organizational skills, a team attitude, be flexible, and committed to providing exceptional care to our residents.

We are looking for someone to work Part-Time or PRN overnight shifts 6pm-6am.
