Accounts Payable Job Opening in Dalton, Georgia - Company is looking for someone with previous Accounts Payable experience.- Duties will include: Processing invoices and issuing payments; Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices/expense reports - then recording entries; Reconciling processed work by verifying entries & comparing system reports to balance sheets; Receive, verify & process expense reports; Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. Will also work directly with customers and vendors to address billing discrepancies.- Environment is professional and fast paced.
Working hours: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Skills:
Candidates must have previous Accounts Payable experience.
Must also have Data Entry and Excel experience (evaluation required)
